Refund Policy

Fuky AA plans give immediate access to digital software. Because of this, refunds are limited to the cases below.

A refund can be requested within 7 days of payment if the EA has never connected to an MT5 account with your licence key.

If your MT5 account is not approved and you do not submit another one, the payment is refunded in full, as long as your licence has never been active.

Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After the EA has connected to an MT5 account with your licence key.

For trading losses, broker conditions, or setup problems on your side.

For unused days when you stop using the EA before your plan ends.
